Brahmi leaves 2 cups
green chillies 10-12 nos
Tomato,Large 1 nos
Dry Fish,Medium 1 nos
Garlic Cloves 4-5 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Wash the brahmi nicely and prick only the leaves.
Prick the green chillies and heat a tawa over gas top.
Roast the green chillies, tomato and dry fish in the tawa till it is roasted well for about 10-15 mins.
In a mortar and pestle coarsely ground the green chillies, garlic and fry fish.
Add the peeled roasted tomato and ground them together.
Remove the mixture in a serving bowl, add the brahmi leaves, mix well and serve.
