Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Brahmi leaves 2 cups

  • green chillies 10-12 nos

  • Tomato,Large 1 nos

  • Dry Fish,Medium 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves 4-5 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Wash the brahmi nicely and prick only the leaves.

    Prick the green chillies and heat a tawa over gas top.

  • 03

    Roast the green chillies, tomato and dry fish in the tawa till it is roasted well for about 10-15 mins.

  • 04

    In a mortar and pestle coarsely ground the green chillies, garlic and fry fish.

  • 05

    Add the peeled roasted tomato and ground them together.

  • 06

    Remove the mixture in a serving bowl, add the brahmi leaves, mix well and serve.
