Ingredients

  • 250 gms maida


  • 250 gms sugar


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups butter


  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 150 degree c.
  • Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pan.
  • Sieve salt, baking powder and maida together.
  • Take a mixing bowl add butter sugar and curd.
  • Mix until creamy and fluffy.
  • Add baking powder, salt and vanilla essence. mix well.
  • Add maida in cut and fold method. Add the nuts.
  • Pour the batter into dish.Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the pre heat oven.
  • Now the delicious vanilla cake is ready.Check by inserting a knife if it comes out clear it done.
