  • 1 1/2 cups maida

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tbsp corn flour

  • 1/2 cups curd

  • 1/2 cups oil

  • 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/2 tsp butterscotch essence

  • 3 tbsp melted dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp organic food colour


  • In a mixing bowl add maida, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mux properly. Then shift this twice..
  • In another bowl add curd and sugar and beat properly. Then add oil to it and beat again. At last add milk and beat up to sugar melts in.
  • Then add essence and colour to it aling with melted chocolate and beat again..
  • Now mix dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients. You should add it in two batches.
  • Then line the cupcake moulds and pour the moulds. It should be 3/4 of the mould as the cake will rise.
  • Now preheat oven for 10mins in 200 degree Celsius.
  • Bake the cupcakes up to tooth pick comes clean. The temperature would be 180 degree Celsius.
  • Then remove and let it cool down.
