Maida 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 1 cups
Salt 1/8 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Curd 1/2 cups
Oil 1/2 cups
Milk 1/2 cups
Butterscotch Essence 1/2 tsp
Melted Dark Chocolate 3 tbsp
Organic Food Colour 1 tsp
In a mixing bowl add maida, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mux properly. Then shift this twice..
In another bowl add curd and sugar and beat properly. Then add oil to it and beat again. At last add milk and beat up to sugar melts in.
Then add essence and colour to it aling with melted chocolate and beat again..
Now mix dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients. You should add it in two batches.
Then line the cupcake moulds and pour the moulds. It should be 3/4 of the mould as the cake will rise.
Now preheat oven for 10mins in 200 degree Celsius.
Bake the cupcakes up to tooth pick comes clean. The temperature would be 180 degree Celsius.
Then remove and let it cool down.
