Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3-4 nos guava / amrud


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp saunf


  • 1 tsp cumin seed powder


  • 1 tbsp roasted mango pwder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Remove the seeds of the guava / amrud and chop it.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add curd and fry it.Add all the spices
  • Add roasted mango powder / amchur and guava / amrud pieces
  • Cook for ten mins.
