Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 bowls oats powder


  • 1/2 bowls wheat flour


  • 4 tbsp boiled whole moong dal sprout


  • 2 tbsp boiled fenugreek / methi sprout


  • 1/2 tsp crushed whole coriander seeds


  • 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp amchur / dried mango powder


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1 pinch salt-to taste


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds,crushed whole coriander seeds to crackle
  • Add moong dal sprout,methi sprout,red chilly powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger and salt and mix well.
  • Saute for 3 - 4 mins.Now stuffing is ready.
  • Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well.
  • With the help of water to make a soft dough.Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha.
  • On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifing butter on both the sides.Serve hot.
