Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Methi seeds/Fenugreeek Seeds 2 tbsp

  • Clarified Butter 1/4 cups

  • Grated Jaggery 1/4 cups

  • Churn Methi Seeds/Fenugreek Seeds to make a powder 4 tbsp

Directions

    Churn methi seeds / fenugreek seeds to make a powder

  • 02

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.

  • 03

    Add wheat flour and methi seeds/fenugreek seeds powder.

  • 04

    Roast on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.

  • 05

    After stirring further for 10 to 15 mins.switch off the flame.

  • 06

    Add jaggery and mix well.

  • 07

    Shape it into small size laddu.Storing it in air tight container.
