Ingredients

  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp methi seeds/fenugreeek seeds


  • 1/4 cups clarified butter


  • 1/4 cups grated jaggery


  • 4 tbsp churn methi seeds/fenugreek seeds to make a powder

Directions

  • Churn methi seeds / fenugreek seeds to make a powder
  • Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  • Add wheat flour and methi seeds/fenugreek seeds powder.
  • Roast on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
  • After stirring further for 10 to 15 mins.switch off the flame.
  • Add jaggery and mix well.
  • Shape it into small size laddu.Storing it in air tight container.
