Wheat Flour 1 cups
Methi seeds/Fenugreeek Seeds 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter 1/4 cups
Grated Jaggery 1/4 cups
Churn Methi Seeds/Fenugreek Seeds to make a powder 4 tbsp
Churn methi seeds / fenugreek seeds to make a powder
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add wheat flour and methi seeds/fenugreek seeds powder.
Roast on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
After stirring further for 10 to 15 mins.switch off the flame.
Add jaggery and mix well.
Shape it into small size laddu.Storing it in air tight container.
