  • 1 cups ragi


  • 1 cups skimmed milk


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 2 tbsp oive oil


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Firstly take bowl put ragi, olive oil, baking powder, honey and vanilla essence and mix it nicely.
  • Make batter with milk.
  • Then take microwave mould put batter in all cavity and baked it on micro for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes check with toothpick, if toothpick cameout easily means muffins baked.
  • Your ragi muffins is ready for relishing, without adding sugar enjoy this healthy Muffins anytime.
