  • Ragi 1 cups

  • Skimmed Milk 1 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Oive Oil 2 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Honey 2 tbsp

Directions

    Firstly take bowl put ragi, olive oil, baking powder, honey and vanilla essence and mix it nicely.

    Make batter with milk.

    Then take microwave mould put batter in all cavity and baked it on micro for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes check with toothpick, if toothpick cameout easily means muffins baked.
