Ingredients

  • Wheat 1 cups

  • Chopped Methi 1 cups

  • chopped ginger 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Green Coriander 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1-2 pinch

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Dry Pomogranite Powder 1 tsp

  • Dry Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Water as required 1/2 cups

  • Pure Ghee 5 tbsp

  • Oil to roast Parantha 5 tbsp

  • chopped onion 1 nos

Directions

    Except water Mix all ingredients in a big bowl

    Make a normal dough with water .

  • 03

    Give rest to dough for 5 mints

    Take smal quantity of dough and make a ball. And roll it and make chapati.

    Apply pure ghee on it and fold it.

    Again make a chapatiwith it

    Heat the tava

  • 08

    Put a bit oil on it

    And place your chapati on it

    Tire your flame medium

    Roast your chapati ftom both sides.

    Apply oil on it

    Your methi parantha is ready to serve

    Serve it with curd, green chilli pickle
