Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups wheat


  • 1 cups chopped methi


  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander


  • 1-2 pinch salt


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp dry pomogranite powder


  • 1 tbsp dry coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups water as required


  • 5 tbsp pure ghee


  • 5 tbsp oil to roast parantha


  • 1 nos chopped onion

Directions

  • Except water Mix all ingredients in a big bowl
  • Make a normal dough with water .
  • Give rest to dough for 5 mints
  • Take smal quantity of dough and make a ball. And roll it and make chapati.
  • Apply pure ghee on it and fold it.
  • Again make a chapatiwith it
  • Heat the tava
  • Put a bit oil on it
  • And place your chapati on it
  • Tire your flame medium
  • Roast your chapati ftom both sides.
  • Apply oil on it
  • Your methi parantha is ready to serve
  • Serve it with curd, green chilli pickle
