Ingredients
Serves 4
Wheat 1 cups
Chopped Methi 1 cups
chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Salt 1-2 pinch
green chillies 2 nos
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Dry Pomogranite Powder 1 tsp
Dry Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as required 1/2 cups
Pure Ghee 5 tbsp
Oil to roast Parantha 5 tbsp
chopped onion 1 nos
Directions
Except water Mix all ingredients in a big bowl
Make a normal dough with water .
Give rest to dough for 5 mints
Take smal quantity of dough and make a ball. And roll it and make chapati.
Apply pure ghee on it and fold it.
Again make a chapatiwith it
Heat the tava
Put a bit oil on it
And place your chapati on it
Tire your flame medium
Roast your chapati ftom both sides.
Apply oil on it
Your methi parantha is ready to serve
Serve it with curd, green chilli pickle
