Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 1/2 cups maida


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 2-3 drop vanilla extract


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 200 gms amul cream


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate


  • 100 gms butter


  • 2-3 tbsp sugar


  • 2 drop vanilla extract


  • 1 tbsp melted white chocolate


  • 1 pinch green colour


  • 2-3 piece cherry

Directions

  • First of all mix baking soda, baking powder in to the curd mix well let it rest.
  • Now take another bowl add maida,oil ,suger, cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Now add some milk it to the maida mixture mix well.
  • Now add curd mixture into the maida mixture and mix very well and make smooth batter.
  • Take microwave safe bowl and grease with oil.
  • Then add cake batter into the mould.
  • And put the mould in preheated microwave and bake 4min on combination mode.
  • After bake left the cake on wire rack for cool.
  • Now add amul cream in a pan boil on gas till boiled the cream then switch off the flame.
  • Then add butter and dark chocolate in to the cream mix it till become chocolate melted.
  • Now cut the cake in two part.
  • And spred both cake part with chocolate ganache.
  • Put the cake into the freezer for 5min.
  • Now take butter in to the bowl beat with electric wisker for 1,2min now add suger, vanilla aesens now beat again become puffy.
  • Fill butter cream in piping bag with lining nozzle.
  • Make Rose with butter cream and put on cake and make cake corner with butter cream.
  • Make design with Melted white chocolate as you like and set on cake as you like.
  • Mix green colour in some white chocolate and make with leaf and set on rose side.
  • Put cheery on rose and ready chocolate ganache cake with butter cream.
