Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 piece butter


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1 cups mango pulp


  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix semolina with sugar and baking powder.
  • Then add melted butter and mix it well.
  • Add mango pulp and mix again and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Put this mixture into a cake pan by greasing some oil or butter and bake it for 30 -35 minutes on 180 degree.
  • After 35 minutes allow it cool down completely.
  • Cut it into pieces.You can sprinkle pistachios on the top or drizzle some chocolate sauce on the top.
