First preheat the oven at 180 degree celcious for 10 mins.
Now grease the pan and line it with parchment paper.
Seive all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder from a height to get fine lump free mixture.
In another bowl beat sugar and butter with the help of electric beater till light and fluffy.
Next add in eggs 1 at a time and beat the mixture till light and airy.
Fold in seived all purpose flour mixture in the above beaten egg mixture gently through cut and fold method.
Transfer in cake tin and give it a tap for 2 - 3 times to remove air bubbles.
Bake this in oven for 20 mins or till done.
For sugar syrup boil sugar honey and pineapple essence till it's little thick.
Once the cake is done demold it and pour the syrup when the cake is still warm.
Now smear the diluted mixed fruit jam over the cake and spread dessicated coconut on the top
Cut in desired shape and serve.
