Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, what them pop, add green chilli, ginger. let them cook for 30 seconds.
Then add cubs ratalu and salt mix well. cover the pan and cook till ratalu and cooked once ratalu are cooked, add roasted peanuts and soaked sabudana mix gently and cook for 4-5 minutes till sabudana pearls are soft and transparent.
Make sure to stir, doent stick to the bottom of the pan. add some lemon juice and coriander levels, mix very well. turn off the flame and serve.
