Ingredients

  • Besan ( gram flour) 1 cups

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Caraway Sheed 1/4 tsp

  • Salt to Taste 1 tsp

  • Water as required 1/2 cups

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1/2 cups

  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Green Chili 2 nos

  • Finely Chopped Tomato 1 nos

  • Cooking Oil 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take a large mixing bowl, add besan and all ingredients, mix with the help of spoon from a smooth batter.

    Now rest the batter for 5 minutes that besan absorbs water and turn light.

    Heat a non-stick tawa, spread the batter in circles motion and apply 1/2 tsp oil and cook both sides till golden brown and crisp.

  • 04

    Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
