Besan ( gram flour) 1 cups
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Caraway Sheed 1/4 tsp
Salt to Taste 1 tsp
Water as required 1/2 cups
Finely Chopped Onion 1/2 cups
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chili 2 nos
Finely Chopped Tomato 1 nos
Cooking Oil 1/2 tsp
Take a large mixing bowl, add besan and all ingredients, mix with the help of spoon from a smooth batter.
Now rest the batter for 5 minutes that besan absorbs water and turn light.
Heat a non-stick tawa, spread the batter in circles motion and apply 1/2 tsp oil and cook both sides till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
