In a bowl add oreo, and milk and mix them well and leave for 1 minutes.
Now after 1 minutes add baking powder and mix well in clock wise direction.
Now take a cake tin amd grease it with parchment paper.
Now put that mixture and bake for 3 minutes.
Now put the cake out from tin and let it cool
Now dreezel the chocolate over the cake amd garnish it with gems and oreo biscuits.
