Ingredients
Serves 2
Broccoli florets 1 cups
Cauliflower florets 1 cups
Boiled green peas 1 tbsp
Blanched french beans 1 tbsp
Red capsicum chopped in chunks 1 cups
Yellow capsicum chopped in chunks 1 cups
Green capsicum chopped in chunks 1 cups
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Lettuce leaves 8-10 nos
Zucchini chopped in chunks 1 cups
Freshly Black pepper corns crushed 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Wash and chop all veggies as mentioned
Blanch green peas, carrot and french beans
Tear lettuce leaves in 4 to 5 peices
Heat Olive oil in a wok and add crushed garlic
One by one add all veggies
Add herbs ,salt to taste and Crushed black pepper corns
Keep heat on high and stir consistently till nice aroma starts coming
Do not overcook
Laslty add torn lettuce leaves ,mix well and switch off the heat
Stir fried beuties / veggies are ready .. serve immediately
