2 cup mulli leaves (radish leaves)
4-5 tsp Besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup Mulli pieces chopped
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp mango powder
1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
2 tbsp Oil
Cut radish leaves in small pieces & wash in water for 2-3 times. Add radish pieces along with leaves.
Boil it in pressure cooker until 1 whistle. Squeeze extra water.
Roast Besan until golden without oil in a pan.
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add oil. Once heated add ajwain. Add green chillies.
Add Boiled radish, red chilli powder & salt. Stir well. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add Roasted Besan. Mix properly so that Besan mixed with radish. Cover with lid. Cook it on slow heat for 4-5 minutes. Add mango powder. Mix well.
Serve hot with makki ki roti or chappati.
