In a mixing bowl, take peanut butter and sugar.Mix using a fork or hand beater
To this sift atta, baking powder and baking soda
Mix everything well
Now gradually add milk, 1-2 spoon at a time and knead a soft dough
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Preheat oven at 200℃ for 12 minutes
After 30 minutes, grease a baking tray and place equal sized balls of the biscuit dough at 1 inch distance.
Score with a fork to make chequered design.
Bake this at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Baking time may vary considering different oven
When done allow it to cool completely, then store in an airtight container
You can also make these biscuits without oven. For this, cover the base of large pot/pressure cooker, with 1 cup salt/sand
If using cooker, then remove the gasket and whistle and put on the lid. Let this heat on medium for 15 minutes.
When well heated, make biscuits from the prepared dough and place on a greased plate (which fits in the cooker)
Bake this on a medium flame until the base of the biscuits starts to become golden brown. This will take about 20 minute or may be more.
Serve with tea or as an snack or tiffin snack.
