Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups raagi flour / finger millet flour


  • 1/2 cups water(increase or decrease as required to make a tough dough)


  • 1 cups onion,finely chopped


  • 1 nos green chili,finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups coriander,finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups curry leaves,finely chopped


  • 1 1/2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt(or add as required)

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadaai. add onions, green chilli, curry leaves , coriander , salt and fry till light golden.
  • Now add raagi flour and saute till it mixes well .
  • Now remove of the flame and let the mixer cool down ,and now add required amount of water to make a light tight dough.
  • Now make even ball of the dough.
  • Heat a tawa (oil it slightly) and just place a single ball on it and now just press the ball so that it will get flatten ,do not flat much... just flat for about 1/4th of an inch .
  • You can see the adai getting cooked the color will change.
  • Now flip over and cook on other side too add some oil on its circumference.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
  • This will​ taste gud as it is, no side dish required
