Jackfruit seeds cleaned and sliced 20 nos
Crushed Red Chili 2 tsp
Water 1/2 cups
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Shallots,Sliced 10 nos
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
Boil the sliced jackfruit seeds in water till half done.
Heat oil add mustard seeds.
When it splutters add sliced shallots and curry leaves.
Saute till it starts to sweat.
Now add salt, turmeric powder and crushed chili and mix well.
Next add in boiled jackfruit seeds and mix well.
Cook till the seeds are crispy in texture.
