  • Mooli bhaji bunch 1 nos

  • Dhuli Urad Dal 2 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • tomato 2 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • Red Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Directions

    Chop mooli bhaji finely

  • 02

    In a pan crackle cumin seeds

  • 03

    Add chopped onion crushed ginger garlic and saute it little

  • 04

    Add tomato then spices and salt

  • 05

    Add chopped bhaji and add water let it cook till soft and tender.
