Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Bread slices 5 nos

  • Boiled potatoes 4-5 nos

  • Boiled Peas 4 tbsp

  • chopped ginger 1 tbsp

  • Green Chillies,chopped 2 nos

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Dhaniya Powder 2 tbsp

  • Dry Mango Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp

  • Oil to Fry 1/2 litre

  • Chopped Green Cilentro(coriander) 2 tbsp

  • Katori Water 1 cups

  • Tomato Sauce 10 tbsp

Directions

    Take boil potatoes nd mash them properly.

    Put a pan on flame put 2 tbsn oil and let them heat.

    Put jeera in oil nd let it crakle

    Add green chilli nd ginger in it.

    Let them fry a bit.

    Switch off the flame and add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, dry mango powder, dhaniya p, garam masala powder and mix thrm properly

    Now on the flame let it be medium nd roast all masalas

    Now add boiled peas nd roast them also.

    Now its time to add mashed potatoes nd green coriander

    Mix all very well. Be careful it should not be burned

    Let the flsme off nd give time to be cool the masala

    Our filling is ready

    Take a bread slice nd make it a bit wet nd rince the water to put the slice in between your both hands

    Now place the filling on the bread slice nd make a roll

    Roll it in breadcrum

    Heat the oil nd fry the rolls till it changes its color to golden brown.

    Serve it hot vd tomato sauce.
