Heat some oil in a pressure cook and crackle jeera and add bay leaf
Now add finely chopped onion and Ginger Garlic paste and Sauté till golden brown in colour
Now add onion and tomato puree and sauté well
Now add all spices, Turmeric powder, red chilly powder , coriander Powder and garam masala .. Sauté well till aroma comes
Now add soaked Lobiya / Chawali, 1 cup of water and salt to taste
Mix well and close the cooker lid
Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistle and it's ready
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with steamed rice or Phulkaz
