Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chopped Fenugreek 1 cups

  • Moong daal 1/4 cups

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin 1/2 tsp

  • Whole Dried Red Chili 1 nos

  • Garlic,Chopped 1 tbsp

  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Onion Chopped 1 nos

    In a sauce pan boil water

  • 02

    Add washed moong dal and cook it till dal gets soft

  • 03

    Once dal is cooked, strain it and keep it aside

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin, mustard, onions, garlic and red chili

    And sautee' it till onions gets soft

    Once Onions gets cooked add Fenugreek, Turmeric, Coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it

    Allow methi to cook.

    It will take about 2-3 minutes

    Now add boiled dal and lemon juice

    Give it a nice mix and

    Add salt mix it and serve it
