Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Persimmons 2 nos

  • Cantaloupe 1 nos

  • Bananas 6 nos

  • Apples 3 nos

  • Oranges 4 nos

  • Strawberries 12 nos

  • Papaya,small 1 nos

  • Grapes 1 cups

  • Fresh cream or coconut milk 1 1 cups

  • Coconut Cream 1/2 cups

Directions

    Wash all your fruits .

  • 02

    Cut them all up into bite sized pieces .

    Arrange all of them in skewers and put them on a plate .

    Eat them as it is or top them with toppings of your choice , like chocolate . I used coconut cream , which not only serves as a unique topping but also enhances the flavours of all the fruits .

    Coconut milk or cream is very high in dietary fibres and low in carbohydrates, hence a very good source of nutrients for the diabetics. These gorgeous kebabs are sure to keep the body hydrated and fresh.
