Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos persimmons


  • 1 nos cantaloupe


  • 6 nos bananas


  • 3 nos apples


  • 4 nos oranges


  • 12 nos strawberries


  • 1 nos papaya,small


  • 1 cups grapes


  • 1 cups fresh cream or coconut milk 1


  • 1/2 cups coconut cream

Directions

  • Wash all your fruits .
  • Cut them all up into bite sized pieces .
  • Arrange all of them in skewers and put them on a plate .
  • Eat them as it is or top them with toppings of your choice , like chocolate . I used coconut cream , which not only serves as a unique topping but also enhances the flavours of all the fruits .
  • Coconut milk or cream is very high in dietary fibres and low in carbohydrates, hence a very good source of nutrients for the diabetics. These gorgeous kebabs are sure to keep the body hydrated and fresh.
