Pumpkin pieces 1 cups
Carrot Pieces 1 cups
ginger 1 piece
Green chilli chopped 2 nos
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic Buds 4 nos
Small Onion ,Chopped 1 nos
Olive oil ,as required 1 tbsp
Broccoli (flowers) 1 cups
Black Pepper powder to taste 1 tbsp
Add pumpkin and carrots in a pot.
Add 2 cups of water, ginger chopped , green chilli , garam masala powder and Salt in it.
Until take another pan .add olive oil and saute garlic and onion
When pumpkin and carrots cook tender then add onion and garlic .mix well.
Bland this all together and add water as required. Adjust soup consistany. Bring it to boil.
In the another pan, fry the broccoli in olive oil till half done
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on broccoli.
In serving bowl add broccoli and pour soup. Sprinkle some black pepper powder. Serve hot.
Broccoli is optional. .u can also use mushroom ..
