Take out the pulp from oranges. Mix food colour and keep aside.
Grind khoya in coarse powder in mixer. Roast the khoya till light golden colour in heavy bottom pan.
Add the powder sugar and continue roasting till it get thickens.
Add the orange pulp and cardamom powder. Mix well and continue roasting till it becomes homogeneous mass.
Add ghee. Mix well and switch off the flame.
Spread the mixture on a greased tray. Apply edible silver foil/paper on top for decoration.
Leave the tray in kitchen counter for 2-3 hours, so the mixture should set properly.
Cut on desired shape when cool.
