  • Khoya (mawa) 500 gms

Directions

  • Take out the pulp from oranges. Mix food colour and keep aside.
  • Grind khoya in coarse powder in mixer. Roast the khoya till light golden colour in heavy bottom pan.
  • Add the powder sugar and continue roasting till it get thickens.
  • Add the orange pulp and cardamom powder. Mix well and continue roasting till it becomes homogeneous mass.
  • Add ghee. Mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Spread the mixture on a greased tray. Apply edible silver foil/paper on top for decoration.
  • Leave the tray in kitchen counter for 2-3 hours, so the mixture should set properly.
  • Cut on desired shape when cool.
