Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 200g gram flour


  • 125 gms sugar


  • 6 tbsp clarified butter


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 litre oil for fry

Directions

  • Take gram flour in a bowl .add little by little water in it. Make semi smooth paste. For making gram flour sev.
  • Heat oil in walk
  • Now add paste to the chakli machine and press the dough directly in the hot oil.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Now grind the carpusa (gram flour sev) and make powder
  • Now remove the carpusa powder in the vessel, add sugar and cardamom, ghee in it
  • Combined well..make small Laddu from it..
