Ingredients

  • Gram flour 200g

  • Sugar 125 gms

  • Clarified butter 6 tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Oil for Fry 1 litre

Directions

    Take gram flour in a bowl .add little by little water in it. Make semi smooth paste. For making gram flour sev.

    Heat oil in walk

    Now add paste to the chakli machine and press the dough directly in the hot oil.

    Fry until golden brown.

  • 05

    Now grind the carpusa (gram flour sev) and make powder

  • 06

    Now remove the carpusa powder in the vessel, add sugar and cardamom, ghee in it

  • 07

    Combined well..make small Laddu from it..
