In a non stick sauce pan,add 1 tbsp ghee and add the grated coconut and saute it for a minute or two
Now add sugar and crushed cardamom to it and saute till sugar dissolves completely
Switch off and keep aside to cool down
After cooled ,take out pappads and place this sweet fillings in center of each pappads
Fold it with hands and stick the edges with the help of wet hands
Now heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and shallow fry these pappads
Serve Hot
