Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 ml whipping cream


  • 80 gms marie biscuits


  • 50 gms nova condensed milk


  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • Crush Marie biscuits finely
  • Whip whipping cream to soft peaks, Add vanilla essence and condensed milk
  • Continue whipping until stiff peaks
  • Transfer the cream into a piping bag
  • Place a layer of biscuit into your vessel and pipe a layer of cream on top, Repeat until vessel is filled
  • Chill in the freezer for two hours
  • When serving, leave it out for a bit (around 10 minutes) for it to soften
