Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Next add in the honey.
Now add milk as required about 1/2 cup and make a smooth dough out of it.
You might need little less or more milk depending upon the quality of the flour. So add it accordingly
Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, heat enough oil for frying the pooris.
After 20 minutes, divide the dough into 8 balls.
Roll each of it into a disc, which should not be very thick nor very thin.
Deep fry them on low to medium flame only in enough hot oil.
Serve these amazingly stunning pooris with any jam of choice.
