Ingredients

Serves 2

  • boondi ladoos (leftover) 5 nos

  • NOVA milk 4 cups

  • Cashew paste (not roasted) 2 tsp

  • khoya (mawa) 2 tsp

  • Green Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Roasted and chopped mixed nuts 3 tsp

  • Sugar as per taste less or add more (because ladoos are already sweet) 3 tsp

  • NOVA Cow ghee 1 tsp

  • Kewra essence 4 drop

  • Cherries for Garnish 1 tsp

  • Pistachio cut in long for garnish 4 nos

  • Chandi ka warq for garnish 1 inch

Directions

    Heat ghee in pan add milk and boil till quantity is remaining just 3/4 of original

  • 02

    Now add cashew paste and green cardamom powder mix and continue stir.

    After 3 min add maava and chopped nuts and stir

  • 04

    Now add sugar and cook for 2 to 3 min,add boondi and again stir 3 to 4 min.now switch off gas,add 4 drop of kewra essense and cover the lid to seal the fragrance,

    Now Boondi ki kheer is ready to serve, garnish with long cut pistachio, cherries and silver warq.
