  • 5 nos boondi ladoos (leftover)

  • 4 cups nova milk

  • 2 tsp cashew paste (not roasted)

  • 2 tsp khoya (mawa)

  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder

  • 3 tsp roasted and chopped mixed nuts

  • 3 tsp sugar as per taste less or add more (because ladoos are already sweet)

  • 1 tsp nova cow ghee

  • 4 drop kewra essence

  • 1 tsp cherries for garnish

  • 4 nos pistachio cut in long for garnish

  • 1 inch chandi ka warq for garnish


  • Heat ghee in pan add milk and boil till quantity is remaining just 3/4 of original
  • Now add cashew paste and green cardamom powder mix and continue stir.
  • After 3 min add maava and chopped nuts and stir
  • Now add sugar and cook for 2 to 3 min,add boondi and again stir 3 to 4 min.now switch off gas,add 4 drop of kewra essense and cover the lid to seal the fragrance,
  • Now Boondi ki kheer is ready to serve, garnish with long cut pistachio, cherries and silver warq.
