Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3 nos bananas (ripe)


  • 4 nos eggs


  • 4-5 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil


  • 3 tbsp cashew nut


  • 3 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Peel out outer skin of banana and cut into small squire pieces In a pan heat vegetable oil (pure ghee)and fry the banana till it get golden brown
  • colour Drain out the excess oil and let it cool In same pan fry cashew nuts and raisins separately
  • Keep it aside In a bowl add 4 eggs , sugar and cardamom powder and wisk well Add fried banana into this egg mixture
  • Mix well Heat 1 tsp of ghee in pressure cooker at low flame (Or any deep bottom nonstick pan with lid) Pour egg banana mixture into it
  • Then add fried cashew nuts and raisins into it
  • Close the lid without pressure cooker weight (or close the lid of pan )
  • Cook in low flame until steam comes out through the nozzle (or cook for 15 -20 minute)
  • Insert a tooth pick at the center and ensure it comes out clean
  • Once it cooled take out from cooker or pan and serve
