Take 2 -1/2 cup milk
Soak anjeer in water
Mix two tbsp cornflour in half cup milk
Boil milk
Mix the cornflour mixture with milk
Boil fig till in become soft
Mix milkmaid in boiled milk
Switch of the gas when milk become thick
Strain tge water and when the fig becomes soft mash it with the help of a masher.
Mix 1cup of fresh cream in the thick milk
Mix 1 tbsp dabur honey in the mixture
Mix the mash fig &1 tsp vanilla essence in the milk
Mix before placing inthe freezer
Keep ii in freezer for 1 hours
After 1 hour blend the mixture till it become fluffy
Put the mixture in freezer 4to 5 hours
Scoop out the ice cream
Garnish with dabur honey &choclate syrup
Top it with red & green tooty frooty , cherry
Fill the ready ice cream in the cone
