Ingredients

Serves 7

  • Urad daal,Soaked 2 cups

  • Salt,to Taste 1 tbsp

  • Green chillies chopped 2 nos

  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cups

  • Curry leaves 4-5 nos

  • Onion, small finely chopped 1 nos

  • Thick curd 4 cups

  • Sev as desired 3/4 cups

  • Boondi as desired 2/3 cups

  • Dates Chutney 1/3 cups

  • Green chutney 1/4 cups

  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cups

  • chat masala 1 tbsp

Directions

    Soak the dal in enough water for atleast two hours.

    Grind it into a thick batter by adding little water.

  • 03

    Mix in all the ingredients listed under it's preparation.

    Deep fry these in hot oil on high flame in batches.

  • 05

    Keep an eye over them since they are fried on high flame.

    Whisk the curd with some salt and little water.Do not make it watery.

    After frying, drop these bhalle in the curd.

    If desired add some chopped green chillies and coriander too.

    Now for the assembling, in a serving bowl, add the dahi bhallas and top it up with the chutneys

    Followed by sev and boondi

    Followed further by the chat masala and pomegranate seeds.
