Cheesy Corn On the Cob Kebabs

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos corn either frozen or raw


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper as required


  • 5-6 tbsp mozzarella cheese


  • 2-3 tbsp butter


  • 1 nos onion cut into big pieces


  • 1 nos capsicum cut into big pieces


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Boil the corn adding salt and keep aside
  • Cut each corn into 3 to 4 pieces
  • Spread butter on them
  • Arrange them on the skewers in any fashion you like.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven on 200° for 25 to 30 mins.
  • After 25 mins, remove them and top them generously with the cheese and bake them for 3 to 4 mins more.
  • Serve them hot sprinkled with black pepper.
  • This is my way of doing it with mozzarella and it is a lipsmacking one for sure.
