Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 tbsp maida


  • 1 tbsp mawa


  • 1/4 cups nova milk


  • 1 cups nova ghee


  • 1/2 cups sugar(for syrup)


  • 1 cups water(as required)


  • 1-1/2 tbsp dry fruits


  • 1/2 litre nova milk(for rabdi)


  • 2 tbsp condensed milk


  • 1-1/2 tbsp khoya


  • 1/4 cups sugar(as required)

Directions

  • Mix mawa with milk and then mix maida and make the batter smooth and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Take a pan, put oil and shallow fry the batter in the shape of malpua.
  • When it turns golden then take it out in a plate.
  • Prepare sugar syrup with the help of sugar, water and cardamom powder.
  • When the syrup comes at room temperature, dip the malpua into the syrup and leave it for sometime.
  • Serve it on a plate.
  • For rabdi- Take 1/2 litre milk, add mawa and condensed milk and keep mixing till the time it thickens. Add sugar as required.
  • When rabdi comes at room temperature then spread it on the malpua.
  • Garnish it with dry fruits. Enjoy!
