Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Wheat flour 2 cups

  • Besan 1/2 cups

  • NOVA ghee 1 cups

  • Gud/jeggary chopped 1 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Mixed Chopped dry fruits 1 tbsp

  • NOVA Full Cream of milk 1 cups

  • NOVA toned Milk 1/2 cups

  • Poppy seeds/Khaskhas 2 tsp

Directions

    In a mixing bowl take wheat flour ,besan

  • 02

    Mix well all ingredients properly and knead a tight dough using little milk and keep aside covered for some time

  • 03

    Now roll out thick chapatis of ready dough and cook on tawa on low heat

  • 04

    When bhakaris or thick chapaties are done from both sides dry roast them directly on flame too (just like phulka)

    Like that prepare all bhakaris and allow them to cool completely

    Now in a blender ,take broken bhakaris, jeggary and chopped dry fruits

    Blend the mixture in to coarse powder

  • 08

    Take out the mixture in to mixing bowl and add remaining ghee , mix well and prepare laddus . Sprinkle some poppy seeds on laddus so that it sticks to it.

    Bhakari laddus are ready to serve
