Allow milk to boil , keep stirring consistently to avoid sticking on bottom
Wash custasrdapple and take pulp and remove all seeds
Let milk boil on low heat till 1/4th of its original quantity
Milk will start thickening , biw add sugar, saffron strands and chopped dry fruits , mix well and cook well , till homogeneous mixture
Switch off the heat and allow the thickened milk or rabadi to cool completely and then add cusrard apple pulp
Mix well everything and then refrigerate till chilled
Custard Apple rabadi is ready to serve
