Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups

  • Besan 1 cups

  • Chopped spinach 1 cups

  • Chopped moringa leaves 1 cups

  • Chopped caraway leaves 1 cups

  • Homemade cottage cheese 1 cups

  • Fresh turmeric grated 2 tbsp

  • Flax seeds 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Deshi ghee 2 tbsp

    Mix all ingredients together

  • 02

    Knead a smooth dough

  • 03

    Roll a thick chapati

  • 04

    Slow roast this chapati on low heat by adding deshi ghee till it becomes golden pink

  • 05

    Serve with green chutneys
