Boil water with salt and add in the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes.
Drain the water and let them dry a bit.
Add in butter and oregano,parsley to these along with the sliced bell pepper too.
Preheat the oven to 200° and spread them evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Roast these until a lovely brown crust is seen on top for about 15 mins.
While they are roasting, bash all the nuts and spices in a mortar and pestle.
Just before removing them from the oven, sprinkle these nuts and spices on top.
Finally just before serving, squeeze some lemon juice on to it.
Serve this salad warm.
