Boil the milk and as soon as it comes to a rolling boil, stir in the vinegar. Switch off the flame.
Next is hang it down the sink tap tied in a muslin cloth or keep it on the kitchen counter with some weight on it. Give it atleast 20 mins
Later on,knead it with your palm to make it smooth. Add the saffron soaked in a tsp of milk and sugar according to taste.
Whisk the eggs sugar oil and vanilla essence until creamy. Fold in the dry ingredients and grease a microwave proof dish.
Microwave it on high power for 5 mins in all. That is it. Microwave chocolate cake is ready.
Let it cool on the rack. Wait until it is warm. Cut it into heart shapes with a cookie cutter.
You can very well bake it in an electric oven on 180° for 20 mins. Remember to preheat it.
On one heart slice, spread the paneer generously and cover it up with the other. Spread some ganache on top or no need at all. It is yummy even without it.
Garnish with fanned strawberries and serve chilled.
This is not only quick but also delicious at the same time. Serve these beautiful hearts with lots of love and warmth.
This is my innovative idea for festive occasions or any special day of your loved ones.
