In a pan pour oil, Splutter the bay leaf and cinnamon..
Add onion, green chillies and tomatoes along with ginger garlic paste and fry it...
Wen it turns to light brown color add chilly powder, tumeric powder, garam masala and salt.
Saute until raw smell goes...
Break the eggs and pour into the mixture... let the eggs cook for a minute..
Mix everything well... Tomato egg fry is ready... serve hot with appam or chappathys...☺☺☺
