First prepare the sugar syrup by boiling all ingredients mentioned under sugar syrup for 10 min without stirring.
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl mix APF, baking powder, sooji, and milk powder.
Add in the egg.
Make balls out of it.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Throw the fried balls in sugar syrup and let it soak for 2 hrs.
Make sure the sheera is warm and not hot before dipping in the jamuns.
