Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 20 Gooseberries slited

  • 3 Green chilies

  • 1 + tsps Salt to taste

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 1/2 cups Water

Directions

    Boil water and salt.

  • 02

    Once it starts boiling add slited gooseberries and chillies.

    Boil 4-5 minutes.

  • 04

    Switch off the stove.

  • 05

    Let it come to room temperature.

  • 06

    Add vinegar.

  • 07

    Store in air tight bottle and refrigerate for the flavours to be induced.
