Beat the eggs and the sugar until creamy. Use an electric beater for the best results. It will take around 3 to 4 mins for the fluffy and creamy batter.
Now add in the vanilla essence and the flour. Beat that for one more minute.
Now add this on to the preheated tawa or griddle on low flame. It will be done in 3 to 4 minutes. No need to flip over. Just cover and let it cook on low flame.
Now after taking it out on an aluminium foil, spread nutella generously and fold as a cylindrical roll. After folding and wrapping it in the foil, refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
For serving, cut the roll into mini rolls and enjoy them with your loved ones.
