Ingredients

Serves 3

  • pumpkin puri 1 cups

  • dijestive biscuits or other biscuits 12-15 nos

  • NOVA butter 3-4 tbsp

  • Semolina 1 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • NOVA ghee 2-3 tbsp

  • cardomon powder 1/2 tsp

  • Dark choclate 1/4 cups

  • Cherry 6-7 nos

  • Almonds 4-5 nos

  • Tooty frooty 1 tbsp

Directions

    Grind the biscuit and make it powder

  • 02

    Take a room temprature butter

  • 03

    Mix the 2-3 table spoon butter in biscuit powder and spread in cake tin and freez for 15-20min for setting

  • 04

    Take a kadhai and dry fry sooji for 6-7 min don't roast

  • 05

    Make a paste of pumpkin and put it in kadai and mix.

    Now add sugar in it and mix properly.

    Now add semolina ,yellow food colour and desi ghee and mix properly

    When this paste comes at room temperature then spread this paste on the biscuit layer and put it in fridge to set.

    Now melt dark choclate with butter by double boiler technique .

    When the other mixture sets then spread this melted chocolate on it and keep it in fridge for 20-25 min .

    Garnish it cherry , tooty frooty, chopped almonds and silver balls
