No Bake Pumpkin Cake

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups pumpkin puri

  • 12-15 nos dijestive biscuits or other biscuits

  • 3-4 tbsp nova butter

  • 1 cups semolina

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 2-3 tbsp nova ghee

  • 1/2 tsp cardomon powder

  • 1/4 cups dark choclate

  • 6-7 nos cherry

  • 4-5 nos almonds

  • 1 tbsp tooty frooty


  • Grind the biscuit and make it powder
  • Take a room temprature butter
  • Mix the 2-3 table spoon butter in biscuit powder and spread in cake tin and freez for 15-20min for setting
  • Take a kadhai and dry fry sooji for 6-7 min don't roast
  • Make a paste of pumpkin and put it in kadai and mix.
  • Now add sugar in it and mix properly.
  • Now add semolina ,yellow food colour and desi ghee and mix properly
  • When this paste comes at room temperature then spread this paste on the biscuit layer and put it in fridge to set.
  • Now melt dark choclate with butter by double boiler technique .
  • When the other mixture sets then spread this melted chocolate on it and keep it in fridge for 20-25 min .
  • Garnish it cherry , tooty frooty, chopped almonds and silver balls
