Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Dry coconut powder 1 cups

  • Paan Leaves 5-6 nos

  • Milkmaid 1/2 cups

  • Gulkand 1/4 cups

  • Coconut Powder 2 tbsp

  • Green Food Colour 1-2 drop

  • Red Cherry 5-6 nos

  • Cardamon Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Crushed Green Sauf 1/2 tbsp

  • Chopped Cherry 1 tbsp

  • Tooty Frooty 1 tbsp

Directions

    Cut the paan leaves in long sherds and set a side

  • 02

    In a an add condensed milk , and add chopped paan leaves and mix and add coconut powder or green food colour and cook on low flame and mix properly

    Mix well till everything combined

  • 04

    Within 2 to 3 minutes the mixture will start leaving the sides and come together as dough

  • 05

    Switch off the gas and rest the mixture 3 to 4 minute

  • 06

    In a pan put gulkand ,chopped dry fruits , tooty frooty , crushed sauf , cardmon powder and chopped cherry together on a low flame

    It will be take2 to 3 minute don't over do it.

    Grease your palms with ghee

    Pinch a small portionof the paan mixture iand flatten with your thumb and place a bit of gulkand mixture

  • 10

    Inside and roll between your hands intoballs like ladoos

  • 11

    Roll the ladoos in dry coconut powder and keep aside

  • 12
