In a non stick pan, heat butter or ghee.
Add the jowar flour to it.
Keep stirring and roast the flour until it is done.
As soon as it gets nicely roasted, a nice aroma emanates in the kitchen. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes.
Keep the flame on low always.
Now add the other ingredients to it along with the milk and allow it to simmer.
Keep stirring in between and after 8 to 10 minutes, it is ready.
At this stage, check the sweetness and add more honey if needed according to your preference.
Serve it warm to your family and guests.
