Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Leftover boiled rice 1 cups

  • Chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and french beans) 1/2 cups

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Chaat masala, 1/2 tsp

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cups

  • Oil for frying 4 cups

  • Mango powder according to taste 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take a big mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough for cutlets.

  • 02

    Take some portion and make medium sized cutlets.

  • 03

    Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame and fry all the cutlets until golden brown in color and crispy.

  • 04

    Delicious cutlet with leftover rice is ready to be served with chutney/ sauce.
