Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups leftover boiled rice


  • 1/2 cups chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and french beans)


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala,


  • 1/2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes


  • 4 cups oil for frying


  • 1/2 tsp mango powder according to taste

Directions

  • Take a big mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough for cutlets.
  • Take some portion and make medium sized cutlets.
  • Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame and fry all the cutlets until golden brown in color and crispy.
  • Delicious cutlet with leftover rice is ready to be served with chutney/ sauce.
