  • 1/2 litre for mixed fruit cottage cheese ice cream:nova milk


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 100 ml fresh cream


  • 200 gms fruit cocktail


  • 1-2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp for sweet vermicelli: nova ghee


  • 10 nos cashew


  • 7-8 nos almonds


  • 1/4 cups vermicelli


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mixed fruit cottage cheese ice cream- Boil the milk, when it boil add lemon juice and let the milk cuddle.
  • Strain the cuddled milk through muslin cloth.
  • Tie the muslin cloth for half an hour to drain the whey.
  • Once the cottage cheese is cool take it in a blender along with fresh cream, strained fruits from the can of fruit cocktail and little sugar. Add sugar as per your requirement as the fruits already contain some sugar.
  • Blend everything well till everything form a nice smooth creamy mixture.
  • Freeze this in the freezer for 4-5 hours for it to set completely.
  • Sweet vermicelli To a tablespoon of ghee add the vermicelli and the nuts. Roast then well.
  • Then add approximately 1/2 cup water and let the vermicelli cook.
  • Once it's cooked add little sugar, again it's as per taste because the cream already has sugar so add little sugar here.
  • Then add cardamom powder and turn of the flame.
  • Serve this when the vermicelli is warm. Place vermicelli on the plate and on the top of that scoop the mixed fruit cottage cheese ice cream. Decorate with chopped mixed fruits and serve immediately.
